LOGISTICS DRIVER - RED DEER (RDC)

The Logistics Driver is responsible for the secure operation of equipment during their shift.

Responsibilities:
Ensurethat Trican’s core value, “We won’t put anyone in harm’s way” is thepriority in all activities
Operatevarious large duty trucks over outdoor terrain and through all weatherconditions
Attendpre-job safety meeting on location
Performpre/post trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms
Performrig-in/out of all equipment for travel
Operateall equipment in a secure and responsible manner
Establishand maintain effective communication with colleagues
Consultwith supervisor and crew regarding any operational deficiencies




Assistin all required equipment maintenance
Ensureall required paperwork is completed in a timely manner

Experience & Skills:
ValidClass 1 Driver's licence is required
Highschool diploma is an asset
Safedriving skills; driver’s abstract will be requested
Physicallyfit - heavy lifting required
Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
Strongleadership and managerial skills
Skilledin problem-solving techniques
