This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients!We are seeking a Talent Advisor – Campus to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on enhancing our Co-op program. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with universities, partner closely with hiring managers, lead full-cycle campus recruitment initiatives building a strong pipeline of future full time talent.Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.Meaningful work you will be a part ofYour responsibilities will be to:Support end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions,



and other student facing events.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and lead full-cycle campus recruitment delivery.Own and drive strategic campus recruitment initiatives to attract top early career talent.Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and student groups.Lead student engagement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall student experience.Shape and evolve campus recruitment strategies and best practices.Track and report on campus recruiting metrics.Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.What you bring to the teamOur Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about developing cutting-edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives. We understand that only by working together can we solve what was thought unsolvable.You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:4+ years of experience in HR/ recruitment, with at least 2 years specializing in campus recruitmentProven ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating and attending campus events such as career fairs, info sessions, or networking eventsExperience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needsAbility to independently lead and continuously evolve Campus Recruitment programs and engagement initiativesHave a passion for creating a positive and engaging candidate and student experienceCompensationKardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above,
