In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with universities, partner closely with hiring managers, lead full-cycle campus recruitment initiatives building a strong pipeline of future full time talent.Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.Meaningful work you will be a part ofYour responsibilities will be to:Support end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions,



and other student facing events.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and lead full-cycle campus recruitment delivery.Own and drive strategic campus recruitment initiatives to attract top early career talent.Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and student groups.Lead student engagement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall student experience.Shape and evolve campus recruitment strategies and best practices.Track and report on campus recruiting metrics.Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.What you bring to the teamOur Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about developing cutting-edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above,
