As a key member of the Finance team, the Accounting Technician will ensure efficient operations across hotel and restaurant sectors. You will work closely with various teams to manage credit disputes, validate expenses and ensure smooth financial processes. Strong bilingual communication in French and English is essential to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Enter and monitor all accounts receivable • Conduct credit investigations and handle disputes • Validate expense reports and perform reconciliations • Maintain communication with restaurant and hotel staff • Assist in training for accounting procedures and operations
Requirements: • Diploma in Hotel Management or Accounting Techniques • Relevant experience in a similar capacity is a plus • Knowledge of Opera and Symphony software is beneficial • Advanced proficiency in French and English • Robust communication and interpersonal skills
