Massage Therapist – Contract Position (Hybrid Role)Massage Therapist Opportunity – Busy Multidisciplinary ClinicThis is an excellent prospect for a massage therapist to join a well-established and very busy multidisciplinary clinic with a strong and consistent flow of patients. Our current massage therapist is fully booked 3–4 months in advance and earning approximately $85,000–$95,000 per year, demonstrating the high demand for massage therapy within the clinic.Because of this demand, a current therapist can expect to quickly develop a full schedule through a combination of direct referrals from the chiropractor and their own growing client base. This role provides both income stability and long-term growth potential.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) for a hybrid contract role that combines independent massage therapy practice with collaborative patient care alongside the chiropractor.The massage therapist will have the opportunity to build and manage their own client base within the clinic. For treatments performed independently, the therapist will receive 70% of the billed treatment fee.Collaborative Clinical RoleIn addition to independent practice, the therapist will work 2–3 hours per day assisting the chiropractor with soft-tissue therapy as part of integrated patient care. These sessions involve applying targeted soft-tissue techniques under the direction of the chiropractor to support patient treatment plans.This portion of the role is compensated at $20–$30 per hour.Why This Position Is UniqueDue to the success of this integrated care model, our current massage therapist is completely booked months in advance and cannot keep up with patient demand.
