Position: Marketing Expert Marketing Operations (AI Agent Environments) Type: Contract Compensation: $60$100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Design task briefs based on real marketing operations experience, focusing on planted issues and strong decision-making.

Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.

Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses.

Review and evaluate AI agent attempts against personal standards.

Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications Must-Have Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations.





Fluent in CRM tools like Salesforce , marketing automation platforms, project trackers like Asana or Linear , and support tools like Zendesk or Intercom .

Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies.

Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
