Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work site setting Cold/refrigerated Odours Work setting Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment Tasks Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Prepare production and other reports Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses First Aid Certificate Hazard Analysis and Criticial Control Points (HACCP) Certification Computer and technology knowledge HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge Security and safety Bondable Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Fast-paced environment Attention to detail Work under pressure Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Judgement Organized Team player Reliability Screening questions Do you have experience working in this field?
