Lawyer Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote United States Job Overview We are seeking experienced US-based Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project.

The role involves conducting legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing legal content, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and quality.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics.

Perform in-depth legal research to support project requirements and ensure accurate information.

Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.

Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.

Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and AI-generated outputs.

Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential legal issues.

Collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.





Support quality assurance and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications Active license to practice law in the United States .

Strong academic and qualified credentials.

Experience at a top-tier US law firm is preferred.

Proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and drafting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities.

Experience reviewing and evaluating legal content.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience across multiple areas of US law.

Experience with legal content review or quality assurance.

Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.

Interest in legal technology, AI, or emerging technologies is a plus.
