As a Boom Driver, you are a critical part of our customer experience and operational success.

You will safely operate a boom truck to transport and deliver building materials to residential and commercial job sites while providing exceptional, professional service on every delivery.

This role requires a robust safety mindset, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to teamwork.

You will represent the company on job sites and in the community, ensuring materials are delivered accurately, securely, and on time.

If you take pride in skilled equipment operation and delivering outstanding service, we want you on our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Vehicle Operation and Maintenance Safelyoperatea boom/crane truck and perform daily inspectionsin accordance withcompany and DOT regulations.

Ensure all loads are secured properly andcomply withweight restrictions and safety standards.

Maintainaccuraterecords including pre- and post-trip inspections, driver logs, and maintenance reports.

Report any mechanical issues or safety concernsimmediatelyto ensure vehicle readiness.

Delivery Execution Deliver building materials to a variety of job sites including rooftops, upper floors, or precise drop points using boom/crane operation.

Load and unload goods with attention to product integrity and customer property.

Navigate efficiently and follow all traffic laws and delivery schedules.

Communicate clearly with dispatch, shipping/receiving teams, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests during delivery interactions.

Team Collaboration Assistin loading materials, inventory replenishment, and warehouse activities whenrequired.

Health and Safety Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and attend all required safety training.

Follow proper lifting techniques and ensure the safe use of all tools and equipment.

Take every reasonable precaution to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on-site. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Class 1 or 3 license with air brake endorsement.

Boom Truck Certification (or willingness to complete training upon hiring).

Clean Driver''s Abstract.

Previousexperience operating boom/crane trucks or heavy commercial vehicles.

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of load limits, hydraulics, and rigging safety.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions.

Physically fit and capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy materials safely.

Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
