Job Title: Technology Lead Data Services Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead Data Services to lead the architecture, design, development, delivery, and support of enterprise data solutions using SAP Data Services (BODS) .

The role will provide technical leadership across ETL, data integration, data platforms, governance, and cloud-based data services while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Data Services (BODS) architecture, solution design, development, and implementation Manage end-to-end ETL delivery including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support Design scalable data integration solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and business decision-making Develop and optimize complex BODS jobs, workflows, mappings, transformations, and data flows Troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability Collaborate with functional, Basis, application, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver seamless integrations Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers Establish and enforce coding standards, development practices, and data integration best practices Support enterprise data platforms, integrations, governance, and cloud-based data services Ensure data solutions meet security, quality, compliance,
