This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about workplace safety, enjoys being hands‑on, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.About the RoleTheHealth and Safety Coordinatorwill play a key role in promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture across all company locations. You’ll ensure compliance with Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and WSIB regulations, conduct inspections, deliver training, and support continuous improvement in safety practices.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed compliance reports.Develop and implement site-specific health and safety policies and programs.Identify and mitigate workplace hazards through preventive measures and controls.Coordinate mandatory safety training (e.G., Working at Heights, WHMIS,
