Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out (Cat A & Cat B)

We're recruiting on behalf of an established contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 14-week commercial fit out project in Watford.
This is an excellent prospect for a proactive and driven Site Manager with a robust background delivering Cat A & Cat B office and commercial fit outs. You'll be joining a contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial developments and refurbishment projects across the UK.
The RoleManage the day-to-day delivery of a commercial fit out projectCoordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and on programmeMonitor quality, progress and site productivityCarry out site inspections and maintain health & safety standardsLiaise with clients,



project teams and suppliersResolve in office issues quickly to keep the project on trackEnsure a successful handover at project completion
RequirementsProven experience managing Cat A & Cat B commercial fit out projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsSMSTSValid CSCS CardFirst Aid at WorkExcellent organisational and programme management skillsAbility to lead from the front and deliver projects to a high standard
