Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Operate blade or wire saws to cut blocks of stone to specified dimensions Check products for quality control Move products using forklift, crane or hydraulic hoist Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs or other stone products to specific shape or design and to produce a smooth finish Operate sandblasting equipment to cut inscriptions or decorative designs in monumental stone Perform ongoing machine adjustments Read blueprint, schemas and drawings Operate machines to drill holes in blocks or slabs of stone according to specifications Employment terms options Day Support for youths Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English or French Hours: 40 hours per week
