Business Analyst Fraud Job Type: Contract Location: Calgary, AB, Canada Hybrid Role Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst Fraud to support fraud monitoring, investigation, reporting, and risk management initiatives.
The role will focus on designing and documenting fraud processes, gathering business and regulatory requirements, identifying process gaps, and supporting improvements across fraud operations and controls.
Key Responsibilities Design and document fraud investigation processes, workflows, and SOPs .
Gather business and regulatory requirements related to fraud monitoring and reporting .
Establish fraud reporting mechanisms and fraud detection thresholds.
Support updates to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and controls.
Collaborate with fraud operations, compliance, technology, and business stakeholders .
Conduct process gap assessments and recommend improvements.
Document requirements, processes,
and recommendations to support fraud risk initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience Experience in fraud operations and fraud risk management .
Strong business process design and documentation experience.
Experience developing SOPs and policies .
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of debit card fraud monitoring and investigations .
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
