What you will be doing: Regular interaction with various teams for upcoming changes; coordinate with teams when conflicts arise.

Keep system support documentation current and reflect changes resulting from upgrades and redesigns.

Handle installation, maintenance and support of complex technical infrastructures, hardware and systems software components.

Administer and tune platforms to achieve expected availability and performance levels.

Provide expert technical direction to other team members.

Participate in an on-call rotation.

Handle rollout implementation.

Perform root cause analysis for service-interruption recovery and create preventive measures on complex projects.

What you must have: Experience with SAP HANA administration.





Experience with SAP Net

Weaver system administration.

Experience maintaining SAP environments in public cloud.

Experience with scheduling tools and ensuring day-to-day activities are completed.

Experience with SAP Solution Manager tools and functionality.
