Watch Implement chatbot and voice bot solutions using Amazon Lex Design and support enterprise-scale contact center infrastructure Troubleshoot call routing issues, call failures, and performance bottlenecks Develop CRM integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms Apply telephony technologies including SIP, VoIP, CTI, and IVR Develop and maintain solutions using Java, with Python and Java





Script as an advantage Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable contact center solutions Support networking technologies including Routing, Switching, MPLS, SIP, and VoIP Provide technical leadership and solution design guidance Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience Solid Contact Flow, Routing Profile, Queue, IVR, and call routing expertise Strong AWS integration experience Strong Java development skills Experience with enterprise contact center infrastructure Experience with CRM integrations Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony technologies Troubleshooting and performance optimization experience Nice to Have Amazon Lex experience Cisco UCCE and CVP experience Python and Java
