Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, analytics, and vendor partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with a focus on business outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics for Mar

Tech initiatives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards throughout delivery.

Provide delivery oversight and remove blockers to enable team velocity and alignment.

Support engineering teams working on platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, RT-CDP, Target), Pega CDH, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the Mar

Tech portfolio.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We''d love to work with you if you have: 10+ years of experience in delivery management within large enterprises, preferably in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, telecom).

Proven track record of delivering personalization and GTM technology programs.

Robust understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum experience preferred.

Experience working with Mar

Tech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, RT-CDP, Target), Pega CDH, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.





Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with compliance, privacy, and data governance frameworks.
