Job Title: Finance Consultant Location: Florenceville Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience: 6 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to lead the Finance track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Finance modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, implementation, and cross-functional program delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead the Finance track across the complete Oracle Finance module lifecycle Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from finance stakeholders Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement Design effective Oracle Finance solutions aligned with business requirements Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities Provide strategic guidance throughout program execution Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams,



and project leadership Identify and resolve functional issues and delivery risks Ensure solutions meet business, financial, quality, and compliance requirements Support process documentation, testing, training, and knowledge transfer Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and Oracle solutions Required Qualifications 6 8 years of experience in Finance Consulting or Oracle Finance Strong understanding of financial business processes Experience with Oracle Finance modules and implementations Robust requirements gathering and process analysis skills Experience in solution design, testing, and deployment Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Experience leading functional workstreams or Finance tracks is preferred Key Skills Oracle Finance, Financial Management, Requirements Gathering, Process Analysis, Solution Design, Oracle Implementation, Business Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Delivery, Program Execution Job Type: Full Time
