Role Overview Were hiring a Systems Administrator Team Lead to lead our Systems Team, responsible for reliable, secure, and scalable operations across IT, cloud/server infrastructure, hosting platforms, and Live Production Support (LPS).
Youll combine hands-on systems administration and platform engineering with people leadershipsetting priorities, improving processes, and ensuring solid service delivery and operational excellence.
What Youll Do Lead a small, sharp Systems team Run agile workflows.
Keep work moving and priorities clear Own IT operations.
Access, endpoints, processes, documentation Drive security practices.
Patching, access control, incident readiness Manage AWS, servers (Windows & Linux), and infrastructure Oversee hosting platforms (Plesk, Word
Press) Improve automation, Dev
Ops, and deployment workflows Strengthen uptime, monitoring,
