Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage finance professionals, promoting teamwork
Provide financial oversight and reporting for the organization
Lead budgeting and capital planning processes




Establish and maintain key lender and stakeholder relationships
Drive financial due diligence for acquisitions and projects

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years in financial management, preferably in properties
Proven senior management experience in accounting/finance
Degree focused in business or finance and CPA certification
Advanced Excel skills, Yardi experience beneficial
Solid leadership and communication skills
