In this full time and permanent position, you will manage one of the city’s most prominent condominium assets. The role requires a confident leader who can guide an in office team and ensure top-notch financial and operational performance. As a key influencer in resident satisfaction and compliance, you'll have the opportunity to shape community experiences at a large scale.
Key Responsibilities: - Guide governance and compliance as the main advisor to the Board - Oversee full community operations and team dynamics - Conduct vendor management and maintain performance standards - Prepare annual budgets and financial reports - Ensure adherence to the Condominium Act regulations
Requirements: - Over 7 years in residential condominium management - Proven experience with high-profile property communities - CMRAO General License is a must - Robust leadership in team development - Effective at handling complex operations and multiple stakeholders
