Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement design vision and strategy

Requirements:
• 10+ years in product design, AI-native software required
• 5+ years managing product design teams
• Proven track record in complex, regulated spaces

• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)
