What we’re looking for:
Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
Experience recruiting for similar skilled/tech roles
Experience recruiting within the U.S. market - plus
Robust sourcing and headhunting skills
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Native-level English – required
Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
