What You’ll Be Doing
Process bi‑weekly union payroll, including remittances,



reconciliations and year‑end reporting
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries and bank reconciliations
Administer employee payroll records, benefits and pension information
Assist with budgets, audits and financial reporting
Support process improvements and maintain accurate financial records

About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Experience processing payroll in a unionized workplace
Proficiency with QuickBooks is required
Strong intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to interpret collective agreements while maintaining strict confidentiality

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
