Experience developing scalable web applications, APIs, and integration services.

Experience with Azure-based solutions and cloud modernization.

Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev

Ops.

Experience with Agile delivery, technical planning, and solution design.

Experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.

Experience working with clients, business users, QA teams, architects, and project managers.

Experience using AI tools for code analysis, defect investigation, dependency analysis, root cause identification, code review, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Analyze legacy applications and design modernization strategies.

Migrate monolithic systems to service-based architectures.

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

Manage technical risks and support on-time delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, business teams, clients, QA teams, and project managers.

Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development productivity, troubleshooting, and code quality.
