As a Wireline Services Analyst, you will offer operational and technical support for VoIP, Unified Communications, and legacy systems. Working with the Service Request Fulfillment & Enablement Team, you will ensure effective service delivery by coordinating with clients and vendors while managing telecom issues efficiently. Your proactive approach will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of telecom provisioning across services - Act as primary contact for telecom service requests - Document and maintain resources for end-user training - Assist with project support and process improvements - Facilitate communications between clients and vendors
Requirements: - Two-year diploma in Information Technology or related discipline - Preferred experience in telecom systems and programming - Familiarity with IT service management, preferably ITIL - Ability to analyze issues and propose cutting-edge solutions - Excellent communication and team-oriented skills
