This role includes evaluating care plans, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring thorough communication with the multidisciplinary team. As a mentor, you will guide unregulated care providers to enhance the care experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:



- Implement and assess nursing care plans for residents - Complete detailed clinical care assessments - Collaborate with team members for effective resident care - Teach and support unregulated care providers - Ensure documentation is exact and timely
Requirements: - Current registration as an RPN in the province - Demonstrated clinical knowledge and senior care experience - Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification - Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months - Solid communication and time management skills
