In this role, you will coordinate estimating efforts across disciplines, contributing to projects valued between $1 million and $2 billion. The ideal candidate will have robust architectural and structural estimating experience and the ability to mentor junior estimators. Work flexibility from home or in a Stantec office is available alongside potential travel for project assessments.
Key Responsibilities:



- Prepare comprehensive multi-discipline cost estimates - Support vendor pricing and negotiations - Validate quantities and assumptions in estimates - Conduct quality control of construction documents - Coordinate constructability reviews for designs
Requirements: - 10+ years in estimating for building projects - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Proficiency in estimation software and methods - Experience with multi-discipline teams - Relevant qualified certifications a plus
