Lead the planning and delivery of one or more application modernization initiatives from initiation through implementation.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.

Coordinate delivery across AWS developers, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, database, and business teams.

Facilitate governance, decision-making, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Support application assessments, modernization planning, architecture reviews, and implementation activities.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment across technical and business workstreams.

Drive organizational readiness, deployment planning, and transition into operational support.

Ensure delivery aligns with the company''sALM Strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and cloud adoption objectives.

What you must have: 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technology projects and programs.

Demonstrated experience delivering application modernization or cloud migration initiatives.

Ability to work effectively across diverse technology environments, including cloud platforms and enterprise application ecosystems.





Experience managing ambiguity and driving delivery where requirements, scope, or architecture may still be evolving.

Strong experience coordinating across: Business Stakeholders Network Teams Database Administrators Infrastructure Teams Cybersecurity Teams AWS or Cloud Development Teams Enterprise Architects Experience managing vendors, consultants, and third-party delivery partners.

Solid risk, issue, dependency, and governance management capabilities.

Experience working within compliance and governance frameworks is an asset. AWS delivery experience is considered an asset.

Experience working in large, complex organizations is preferred. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Company''s IT experience, including familiarity with Transmogrifier, ACMS, or LFSM, would be considered an asset.
