Qualifications 10+ years in complex IT infrastructure and operational leadership or SRE architecture.

Practical expertise configuring enterprise observability stacks (Grafana, Service

Now ITOM).

Proven experience with AI incident remediation, automated routing, and SLO/SLI models.
