The opportunity The Senior Developer, Dev

SecOps role will hold a senior technical role that will be accountable for introduction of new automation practices and technology capabilities.

You will be responsible for major automation technologies, strategy/planning, design and implementation.

This role will provide thought leadership in developing and evolving our Dev

Ops and Infrastructure Automation roadmap and how it connects to our business partners.

Who you''ll work with Reporting to the Senior Manager, Dev

SecOps and Automation.

You will work closely with integration engineers, developers, infrastructure engineers and product teams to understand requirements and design quality technical solutions What youll do Design and develop the Platform Engineering Experience Portal, enabling self-service developer workflows across Git

Hub SaaS, AKS, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud platforms.

Build and integrate portal capabilities using internal developer portal frameworks, including software catalog, templates, golden paths, documentation, ownership metadata, and developer onboarding workflows.

Develop and integrate Infrastructure-as-Code self-service workflows using Terraform, Spacelift, Ansible, or equivalent automation frameworks.

Integrate Launchpad with enterprise engineering platforms such as Git

Hub, Git

Hub Actions, ArgoCD, AKS/Kubernetes, Azure, Service

Now, secrets management, observability, and CMDB/catalog syst ems .

Partner with application, infrastructure, security, architecture,



and operations teams to identify high-value self-service use cases and convert them into reusable platform capabilities - reusable IaC modules, templates, pipelines, and automation patterns.

Establish governance patterns for self-service automation, including approval workflows, role-based access, auditability, policy-as-code, secure secrets handling, and setting controls.

Support the migration and modernization of developer workflows from manual or ticket-based processes to automated, API-driven, and self-service platform experiences.

Administer, maintain, and enhance automation and platform tooling, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and supportability of Launchpad and related integrations.

What you''ll need 7 or more years designing, developing, and administering Enterprise Technologies 5 or more years of full stack Dev

Ops/Automation experience Experience in scripting using YAML, Python, Powershell Experience designing, developing, and testing automation with Ansible Tower/AWX Broad and deep technical experience with one or more virtualization and cloud technologies like Red Hat Open

Stack Platform, VMware hypervisor, Microsoft Azure.

Experience implementing a continuous integration (CI) or continuous development (CD) pipeline.

Knowledge of container management and orchestration tools Comfortable with frequent, incremental code, testing and deployment.

Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment.

Experience working in Agile teams Bachelors degree in computer science, Business Studies, IT or relevant experience
