Job Title: Civil Rights Attorney Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote (United States Only) Job Overview We are seeking experienced Civil Rights Attorneys to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative project at the intersection of law and emerging technology .

In this role, you will help improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated legal content related to civil rights law.

No prior AI experience is requiredyour legal expertise, analytical skills, and understanding of civil rights issues are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and annotate legal documents, case studies, and materials related to civil rights law.

Develop clear explanations of legal concepts, statutes, precedents, and regulatory frameworks.

Draft and refine realistic legal scenarios, questions, and responses for AI training purposes.

Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, legal reasoning, ethical considerations, and practical applicability.

Research and summarize case law updates, policy developments, and emerging trends in civil rights law.

Provide constructive feedback to improve AI-generated legal content and reasoning.





Collaborate with legal and technical teams through clear written and verbal communication.

Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and legal quality across all deliverables.

Required Skills Civil Rights Law Legal Research & Analysis Legal Writing Case Law Analysis Policy Analysis Statutory Interpretation Critical Thinking Attention to Detail Communication Collaboration Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership in the United States.

Significant experience practicing civil rights law, including litigation or policy analysis.

Robust knowledge of landmark civil rights cases, federal and state statutes, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Experience synthesizing complex legal information into accessible formats.

Interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and innovative approaches to legal problem-solving is a plus.
