The
Housekeeping Attendant
is responsible for performing light cleaning duties that maintain the establishment in a clean and orderly manner.Clean and disinfect areas and items such as washrooms, vents, interior windows, walls, glass, doors, and mirrorsStrip, wash and make beds;
collect, wash and fold linensDamp mop hard floors and auto scrub as neededCheck all primary areas, lobbies, stairwells, elevators/escalators, and mezzanines and clean as requiredVacuum carpeted areas and complete carpet extraction as neededRemove all garbage from resident rooms and common areasMaintain confidentiality of all resident and personnel informationMaintain a secure workplace at all times (e.G. use of wet floor signs)Perform duties according to health and safety guidelinesReport all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediatelyResponding to emergency cleanups as requiredQualifications:Previous commercial housekeeping experience in a hotel or remote camp settingStrong time management and organizational skills to be able to manage heavy workloadGood command of English language,
