We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description
Open work orders;
Close work orders;
Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
Answer calls and schedule appointments
Track parts on order
Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans
Process requests for extended warranties
Manage multiple IT platforms

Job Requirements:
Experience in the automotive industry (any role);
Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday), no weekends.
