Job Summary We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Registered Behavior Analysts (RBAs) to join our team.

As a BCBA or RBA, you will work alongside our educational experts to provide individualized behavioural and academic support to students, including students diagnosed with autism.

You will help deliver a comprehensive support team that addresses each student''s unique needs.

As a BCBA or RBA, you will: Provide behavioural support to students diagnosed with autism.

Provide academic support to students diagnosed with autism when appropriate.

Help students acquire skills in communication, safety, social adaptation, and daily living.

Support students in applying these skills both in academic settings and in their day-to-day lives.

Develop and implement individualized behavioural strategies based on each student''s unique needs.

Work collaboratively with families and educational professionals to support student success.

Help parents and guardians understand strategies and approaches for supporting their children at home and in the community.





Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, strategies, and recommendations for continued success.

Qualifications & Skills We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic BCBAs or RBAs who are: Experienced in working with children and youth diagnosed with autism.

Dedicated to delivering exceptional behavioural and learning support.

Skilled at building positive relationships with students and families.

Committed to providing excellent customer service and individualized support.

Strong communicators, both written and verbal.

Able to work collaboratively with families, tutors, teachers, and other educational professionals.

Who We''re Looking For Qualified applicants will meet at least one of the following: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
