As Director of Major Gifts, you'll partner with the Chief Development Officer to implement impactful fundraising strategies. Candidates should bring 5+ years of experience in major gifts and a successful record of closing high-value donations. This role emphasizes relationship-building and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:



- Design and implement major gift fundraising strategies - Manage a diverse portfolio of 100–150 prospects - Lead major gift solicitations and negotiations - Develop strategic proposals and engaging donor correspondence - Mentor fundraising volunteers and staff
Requirements: - Five years' experience in fundraising with major gifts - Successful history of closing 5 and 6-figure donations - Experience managing teams and partnerships - Excellent organization and communication abilities - Knowledge of donor CRM systems, especially Raiser's Edge
