Lead BioScript’s transformative leadership initiatives as the Leadership Development Manager. This role emphasizes hands-on program execution alongside strategic development in a rewarding work environment.
As a permanent, full time skilled based in Oakville, your focus will be on creating and managing a robust leadership development program. You'll design high-potential talent pathways that align with the organization’s goals, evaluate program effectiveness through analytics, and partner with HR to integrate these initiatives into broader performance management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee enterprise-wide leadership programs - Create structured development plans for leaders at all levels - Partner with external coaches and facilitators as necessary - Implement tools for measuring program effectiveness - Facilitate leadership-focused workshops and training sessions
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - 5–8+ years in leadership or organizational development - Experience in designing transformational programs - Solid facilitation and stakeholder management skills - Change Management certification is preferable
