Role: Azure Support Analyst Employment: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 Days/Week Job Description We are seeking a Full Time Azure Support Analyst with solid Azure data platform and production support experience to troubleshoot data pipelines, Databricks workloads, and cloud data environments Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, and Azure SQL Troubleshoot Databricks notebooks, PySpark/Spark SQL, and Delta Lake issues Monitor and resolve ETL/ELT pipeline failures Troubleshoot cluster issues, performance bottlenecks, and data processing problems Support data ingestion patterns and data warehousing solutions Monitor Azure environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics,



and Databricks logs Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to resolve production issues Use Azure Dev

Ops and Git for version control and CI/CD activities Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis Support continuous improvement and operational stability Required Skills Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, and Azure SQL Hands-on Databricks notebooks, PySpark/Spark SQL, and Delta Lake experience Understanding of ETL/ELT and data ingestion concepts Experience troubleshooting data pipelines and Databricks clusters Familiarity with Azure Dev

Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Databricks monitoring
