Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for DMI application platforms including Unix/Linux, Windows, Sybase, SQL Server, MemSQL, MQ, Kafka, Open

Shift, ELK, Hadoop, and Connect Provide technical guidance to application development teams on platform, Dev

Ops, and infrastructure solutions Design and implement scalable platform solutions for application teams Develop automation programs to improve platform support efficiency and reduce manual processes Configure platform monitoring, alerts, and operational dashboards to ensure stability and resiliency Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance (QA), and Production Support teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines Lead platform initiatives from planning through implementation and successful delivery Troubleshoot complex platform, infrastructure, and application issues Ensure platforms meet enterprise security, compliance, availability, and operational standards Collaborate with infrastructure teams, service providers, third-party vendors,



and operations teams Continuously improve platform reliability, automation, monitoring, and operational processes Required Qualifications Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows Strong experience with Active Directory, Network Attached Storage (NAS), and SQL Server Experience with Message Queuing (MQ) and Apache Kafka Experience with public and private cloud platforms including Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Hands-on experience with Open
