Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Tasks Assign sales workers to duties Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Employment terms options Flexible hours Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
