Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work site setting Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots Other grain farming Outdoors Work setting Rural area Tasks Handling animals Organize tasks to accomplish the work Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Maintain livestock performance records Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Hire and train staff Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Perform general farm duties Supervision 1 to 2 people Support for newcomers and refugees Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine,



Afghanistan, etc.) Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees Does not require Canadian work experience Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week
