• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, 3+ on Databricks
• Expertise in Spark and Lakehouse architecture best practices
• Experience in transitioning legacy systems and managing migrations
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala
• Preference for candidates with Databricks certifications
