• Detect and safely apprehend shoplifters as per company policies.
• Assist in external investigations and build comprehensive cases.
• Prepare and secure reports, evidence, and records diligently.

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of asset protection experience preferred.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & CCTV.
• Ontario Security Guard License is mandatory.
