In this key role, you will directly support individuals living with disabilities under the guidance of the Operations Manager. Your expertise in mental health and addictions will be crucial in promoting clients' health, safety, and active participation in their communities. You will maintain personal care, manage daily activities, and encourage clients in their skill development for maximum independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain personal care, including medication administration
• Support daily living activities and house management




• Foster community involvement for clients
• Record and manage individual care plans
• Promote individual skills and abilities for autonomy

Requirements:
• Experience in mental health and addictions care
• Knowledge of intellectual and mental disabilities
• Valid certification in emergency First Aid and CPR
• Grade Twelve education or related field certificate
• Transparent Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector
