Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and responsibilities
• Support SAM board members and staff on various projects
• Maintain database records of clients, donors, and service providers




• Update and ensure accessibility of SAM’s policies and procedures
• Track progress related to SAM’s Strategic Plan

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in business, arts, or related field
• Excellent organizational and computer skills required
• Independent and supervised work capabilities
• Experience managing communications online is beneficial
• Proficiency in French is a strong asset
