Make a difference as a Community Inclusion Worker with Pacific Coast Community Resources. This role involves supporting individuals to engage fully in community activities while promoting independence and well-being.

In this position, you will provide essential support to individuals seeking to participate in social, vocational, and volunteer opportunities tailored to their goals. Your role will focus on fostering positive relationships with individuals, their families, and community members. You'll be responsible for documenting progress and implementing Individual Service Plans to enhance community inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for individuals’ rights and choices
• Facilitate participation in community-based activities




• Build cooperative relationships with family and professionals
• Maintain records in the case management database
• Understand and apply behavior management principles

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and relevant diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience in community services
• First Aid/CPR and Food Secure certifications
• Valid BC Driver’s License with insurance
• Criminal clearance for working with vulnerable populations
