Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct assistance with grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Help residents engage in recreational activities
• Ensure proper meal service and feeding assistance
• Offer emotional and social support,



including for palliative care
• Follow departmental policies for documentation and safety

Requirements:
• Competed a recognized PSW Program with practical experience
• Experience in long-term care settings is beneficial
• Strong skills in communication and care planning
• Ability to work effectively both alone and with a team
• Successful completion of a vulnerable sector check and TB screening
