Hours Of Work Equivalent to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Duties Duties are outlined in the attached .
Qualifications Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred)
Valid Fireman's Certificate is an asset but not required
Valid Driver's License
Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset
Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred
Knowledge of computers and applicable software
Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

Salary & Benefits Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated CUPE 4869 Collective Agreement as listed on our website . The starting wage for this position is currently $22.43/hour along with a full benefit package and an employer defined pension plan.
