In this casual role, you'll assist both production staff in the kitchen and the Cooking and Baking programs. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including cleaning kitchen areas, managing stock, and maintaining equipment. Experience in general labor within a relevant setting is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
• Unload and inspect incoming stock shipments
• Maintain dry storage areas and walk-in coolers
• Rotate stock using the FIFO method
• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting shortages
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent completed
• Relevant experience in institutional or industrial labor
• Knowledge of protected cleaning practices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
