Taproot Community Support Services, a BC-based residential care provider, seeks a Residential Child and Youth Worker to support youth and families in a structured program. The RCYW delivers individualized care plans, crisis intervention, and everyday living support in a 24/7 setting.
The role requires a Child and Youth Care credential or related degree, minimum two years’ experience, trauma-informed practice, and a BC driver’s license. A Criminal Record Check is part of the hiring process.
