Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized supportive care to clients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in care delivery

• Effective documentation of care and client interactions

Requirements:
• Completion of accredited Health Care Aide Course
• Previous experience with elderly or infirm individuals is a plus
